Information you submit

The project form may collect your name, company, email address, phone number, area of interest and message. This information is used to review and respond to your request.

Ticket memory

After a successful request, the website may place a signed, HttpOnly cookie in your browser for up to 30 days. The cookie contains a ticket reference and expiry time. It does not contain your name, email address, phone number or message. You can remove it from the contact page.

Spam and security checks

The form uses a first party human question, a hidden spam field, CSRF protection and rate limiting. Rate limiting stores a one way hash of the connection address with recent submission times. The website does not store the address itself in that file.

Administrator access

Submitted requests are available in a password protected administrator dashboard. Administrators can mark a request as new, in progress or closed.

Sharing and retention

SpaceTracker Solutions does not sell submitted contact information. Information may be shared with service providers when required to operate the website or deliver a requested service, subject to appropriate safeguards.

You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information by contacting privacy@spacetrackersolutions.com.

Security

We use reasonable technical and administrative measures. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
